MAKE UP: I love the makeup on this one well done and yet humble enough so that it doesn't draw much attention from the rest of the pic. Almost has a pagan feel to it!
PHOTOGRAPHY:The pose is just great since it promotes the fact that she is lurking and ready for action yet hiding the parts that would make it look cheap. Nice use of depth of field makes us watchers feel like we are part of her adventure and also creates multiple layers of interest in the image. Back light is a nice add to the feeling of the image and composition is approaching the golden ratio which is a good thing.
EDITING: The skin touch up is also subtle so that it doesn't distract from the natural scenery with its plastic look . i personally prefer to desaturate the white area of the eye because its easy to get a pink eye with a lot of makeup

Now if i was asked to alter some stuff it would be minor photoshop editing changes like:
- darken/make greener the pale cyan area on the left of her head that is distracts me
-darken the face a little bit or whiten the arms to match each other perfectly.
-darken the ground below her so that it doesn't draw any attention
-eliminate the large overbright area on her right thigh by liquify or stamp tool
