I've been asked by my place of work to create an introductory training course in order to familiarize consumers with DSLRs. This shot was taken during a last-minute photoshoot in order to obtain images for use in the presentation. Working with the Rivera sisters is always a pleasure, burning Florida heat notwithstanding.
Hi,..I really love this photo the pose is perfect and every thing in this is perfect I really love the background and how you blur it it looks great and the skin of the person in this photo looks so flawless and the shines (i am not really knowing what is it) looks great~! Even the colors of her dress looks great..I really really love the way you put for her (or for you i don't really know) the make up and her hair looks shiny and great..The photo is really great and nice i really loved it Have a nice day ^^
Already have this as a favorite, and wanted to revisit it, and you. Very good colors, a flattering pose, great colors and a good close crop. Also, what kind of post-work do you do on your photos?
I try to keep the post-processing to a minimum, because I really don't enjoy doing it. For this image I just did selective color changing in Photoshop and used a gradient overlay. Natalia's a great MUA with very good skin, so the retouching was very minimal. The blurring effect I did by shooting through leaves. About it!
Fantastic to see how two people with such skill create something so captivating. I would have loved to join you for a (in)formal shoot someday just to see how you work and simply getting to know you better, both as a photographer, a person and as someone I admire. It certainly won't be tomorrow - it's quite a distance from Norway to USA, would have been nice, though.
I've never worked with another photographer before, but it'd certainly be interesting! I don't even know what my 'style' is like when doing a photo shoot, but I imagine easy going and amiable is the best description, haha. I'm not one of those overly commanding photographers, I prefer to gently lead my models into the poses / expressions I want. Depending on the rapport with the model, I may be more direct.
Have a nice day ^^
