Isabelle is the first person I had ever photographed, seven years ago when I was a young teenager in high school. This portrait shows my journey from the beginning until today.
These are the first portraits I ever did, a 2.0 megapixel point and shoot Fujifilm camera in a broom closet: Comments are always greatly appreciated! Follow Me On:Gallery l Website l Facebook l Flickr
Elena had perhaps the most curly hair but this is a detail considering the beauty of the model. Personally I think a too closed and the upper cut too close to the edge and left of the photograph. The pose is sensual but not vulgar. The focus is very good on the eyes that draw the attention of the beholder. Beautiful skin tones are realistic and undistorted. The background color was chosen well with a neutral tone that much off the subject and makes it even more realistic and deep, calling at the same time the color of the eyes.
Wow! That is all kinds of fantastic. The name of the photo gives me a frame of mind to approach the image with and from there I can give a nod as I see that this is a woman men would fight to ... er... I'll go with "have" even though it has negative connotations. I'm at a loss for what else I could describe that as.
I like the pose and the long soft hair! The lips are the perfect contrast to the background and the view in the endlessness is just perfect! I like that picture!
i love this portrait, the lighting is perfect, can i ask do you spend a lot of time in post production? as the skin tones and smoothness are beautiful, or is it that the model is is just so perfect? your photography is first rate!
I don't enjoy post-production, so I try to limit the amount of time I spend doing it. This one I mostly just cleaned up stray strands, the rest was very subtle editing. Isabelle is a stunning woman, and the lighting setup I used helped to give her skin a pretty glow in-camera.
